Deposit of € 150 at the time of delivery of the boat at the starting point.

RETURN OF THE RESERVATION

In the event that the weather does not allow you to make use of your reservation, you can choose between changing the day of enjoyment of the reservation or changing the navigation area. If the client had no more availability, the full amount of the reservation would be returned.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION:

You can cancel the reservation up to 15 days before by phone and the amount will be refunded.

The boat rental will take place 30 minutes before the time of your departure.

The delivery of the boat to the return is requested total punctuality. in case of delay there could be a financial penalty.

CIUTADELLA DEPARTURE PORT:

Exit from the port of Ciutadella to take the north or south route.

If the weather conditions do not allow you to enjoy your reservation, you can change the day or cancel the reservation by returning 100% of the amount.

Departures will always be from the port of Ciutadella. From this point, the North Route or the South Route can be carried out according to the preference and the client’s hiring.

It is prohibited to approach the reefs and / or rocks. It is recommended not to navigate more than a mile from the coast, the routes are designed for the enjoyment of coves, not to navigate the open sea (Remember that you do not have a license for this and the boats do not have permission either, according to current legislation.

It is forbidden to go beyond the limit marked by floating balls in each cove you visit, in case the cove does not have balls, the limit is between 100 and 200 meters from the shore of the beaches.

In case of anchoring the boat on the outskirts of the cove, someone must always stay inside the boat to control it.

All these measures prevent possible accidents and violations of current legislation and are designed for your safety, that of third parties, the safety of the boat and the Menorcan coasts.
